Project Introduction
Construction of four lane Bangalore-Chennai Expressway from Km 180.000 to Km 204.500 (Walajahpet to Arakkonam Section) in the State of Tamil Nadu under Bharatmala on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Phase-III/Package-II).
Project Corridor
The Site of the project highway is a section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway. Project section commences from Ch.180+000 at Walajahpet and terminates at Ch. 204+500 of Arakkonam of Tamil Nadu state.
The project highway is a Greenfield alignment and starts near Kondakuppam village in Walajapet taluk in Tamil Nadu after crossing the Ponnai River ends near Karnavoor village in Arakkonam taluk of Vellore district in Tamil Nadu at Km 204+500.
